No toilet, Bed was a myth. Last time the bed had springs David Cameron was in nappies. Can hear any movement throughout the entire hotel. I assume the only way they are in business as it’s easy to get to Wembley stadium. Staff was fairly okay that’s what’s giving them 1 star rather than none.

OK let's be frank here - this is a very low cost hotel near Wembley .... the reasons it's cheap is because it is dated and the rooms are tired and not really looked after. That said... for a one night stay it was perfectly adequate, clean sheets and towels and the staff are lovely.

Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra few pounds so you don't leave feeling like you need dousing in a vat of sanitiser. Some staff were pleasant, others extremely rude. The breakfast was terrible, food was either over or under cooked. We had a long day planned in London and I picked up some fruit from the basket for the children, the woman snapped at me and told me to put it back, that I could not take it away which is ridiculous seeing I'd paid for inedible breakfasts and had no more time to sit and have anything else. The rooms and common areas, stair ways are absolutely filthy. Mould, damp, staining on walls, carpets and ceilings, peeling paint. Not once during our 3 nights there was housekeeping anywhere near our rooms (4 rooms between 12 people), showers were manky in every sense of the word. The rooms were extremely hot and some windows could only open a few inches in some rooms. No fans or aircon (as advertised) Furniture all felt grubby and sticky, sheets and towels were actually clean which was a surprise but quality of pillows/duvets/beds was very very poor. Keys had to be handed back to reception if you left the building. They state its for H&S but it left me very uncomfortable leaving anything in the rooms and I've never had this experience anywhere else I have stayed. This place is not a hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Dont be fooled by the pictures you see online as they're clearly edited. This place is disgusting. Only sorry I didn't take photos to accompany this review.

Terrible room quality. The first room we were situated in had a terrible smell covering every corner of it, with mouldy bathrooms and near no ventilation (small windows, facing inwards. People could just hop into our room from the balcony there). Once we *kindly* asked to change rooms, we were given a room with one window that can open, tiny bathroom and shower, and the smell was still present, though lesser. Slept there one night, and immediately booked another hotel. And even then, they kept pushing us back by saying that the manager isn't present, and kept changing the time they're supposed to arrive. Terrible service, terrible room, terrible experience. Don't stay here if you can.
