Brent Culture
Culture is a term that refers to the actions, thinking, traditions, customs and norms in particular places. These may also be beliefs, peoples' values, the language they use, their vernacular, their talk and their vocabulary.
It often refers to those material things we value dear and value as a society. In the London Borough of Brent, culture refers to recognising, maintaining and appreciating those things that make people live, work, play and thrive together.

Football
Football (soccer) is perhaps the most populous sport in England. Major games get played at Wembley Stadium, home of England's National Team and venue for major football tournaments – Champion's League, World Cup, England Premier League, English Carabao League Cup, Emirates FA Cup, EFL Papa Johns Trophy and more.
EFL Championship
For sponsorship, the English Football League (EFL) is called the Sky Bet Championship. 24 teams play each other for the league's trophy. The EFL is the next highest league after the Premier League and, in the past, was referred to as the Football League First Division or the Football League Second Division.
Buildbase FA Vase & Trophy
The Buildbase FA Vase & Trophy is a competition for non-football league players with registered football players from clubs outside of the Premier League that would typically have no opportunity to play at big venues like Wembley Stadium. It got started by the FA Association with the "FA Challenge Trophy" in 1969.
EFL League One
The EFL League One is a level below the EFL Championship. For reasons of sponsorship, it is now named Sky Bet League One. There are 24 teams in this division, and like other divisions, each team plays every other twice, home, then away.
Teams that finish bottom 2 in the division will be relegated to the EFL League Two, while those finishing in the top 3 (after playoffs) will get promoted to the Premier League after playoffs.

The EFL League Two is one level below the EFL League One. For reasons of sponsorship, it is now named Sky Bet League Two. There are 24 teams in this division, and like other divisions, each team plays every other twice – home, then away.
Teams finishing at the bottom 2 of the league will be relegated to the National League, while those finishing in the top 3 will progress to the EFL League One.
The Emirates FA Cup
The Emirates FA Cup used to be called the FA Cup. It is the oldest National Football competition in the world, beginning its first season in 1871/72. In 2011/12, 763 clubs competed in this tournament.
This tournament gives an opportunity for any club to play any other, irrespective of ranking.
Euro 2020
Euro 2020, a football (soccer) tournament between 24 teams from all over Europe, played in July 2021 (11th June until 11th July) postponed by a year because of COVID, was won by Italy 3-2 on penalties against England at Wembley Stadium.
The Finalissima Cup
The Finalissima Cup is a EUFA intercontinental tournament between the winners of the previous South American and European championships. The last match was between Italy (winners of the UEFE Euro 2020 tournament) and Argentina (Winners of the 2021 Copa America), which took place at Wembley Stadium on 1st June 2022.
Papa John's Trophy
For sponsorship reasons, the English Football League Trophy is now known as The Papa John's Trophy. Papa John's is an American Pizza chain with branches in the UK.
The Carabao Cup
The Carabao Cup (formerly the League Cup) is a competition between all clubs from the English Football League and the Premier League, usually gets played at Wembley Stadium, with the winner automatically qualifying for the next season's Europa League. The most successful clubs have been Liverpool and Manchester City.

Vitality Women FA Cup
The Women's FA Cup, now the Vitality Women's FA Cup, for sponsorship reasons, is the highest level of Women's football (soccer) in the UK. It began life in the 1970s as an equivalent of the men's FA Cup tournament. Southampton Women's won this cup 8 times, but Arsenal has won it 14 times, which is a record number of wins.
Women Euro 2022
This EUFA football tournament will take place in July 2022 from the 6th until the 31st, with the matches hosted at various football grounds across England - Brighton & Hove, Wembley Stadium in London, Academy Stadium in Manchester, Brentford Community Stadium in London, Stadium MK in Milton Keynes, New York Stadium in Rotherham, Bramall Lane in Sheffield, St Mary's Stadium in Southampton, Old Trafford Stadium in Trafford and Leight Sports Village in Wigan & Leigh.
